So Far...

My week has been, OK. I really need to catch up on some things like homework but, I'm blogging :) That is my excuse. Just kidding. No actually I was texting AND blogging. But I'm ok I still have some time to get my work done. I really wish I didn't have to do this whole research project thing for AP english. OH WAIT. I didn't share with you about that yet :) OH wonderful, so anyways we got assigned this project right? And like...not only do we have to read this book that makes no sense what-so-ever, but we have to do this research paper over some country of our choice that we know absolutely nothing about. I picked New Zealand just because it's B-E-A-UTIFUL!!! And because Lord Of The Rings was shot there :) I am so tired.

But yeah we have a powerlifting meet on Friday it's just, I'm not going. I have to go somewhere else on Friday and I'd miss journalism and I can't afford that right now cause my grades need to be up since it's the new six weeks and all. And this week we're studying superbowl ads so I don't want to miss that either lol. But yeah in case you didn't know, the meet is in some town like 30 minutes away and we'd have to leave at the end of 5th period. I don't want to do that and I don't need to do that. Like sometimes it feels like I'm only doing something because everyone else is doing it. Like I'm only in powerlifting not for the extra workout but also because if I'm not doing anything other than off-season volleyball, than I'm a loser. Even though that's not true, it just feels like people look at you like that you know? It makes me want to work harder when I see someone else doing more than me and I guess that's a good thing sometimes, but other times it makes me frustrated when I can't make an "A" in english, or lift 115 on bench. UGH. I want to just pull my hair out sometimes. But those are the pressures of high school, or ... life.

Sooo anywho. I watched Tommy Boy and "Fresh Prince" and "George Lopez" yesterday since I had no homework. :) I laughed a bunch...oh and I caught the last part of Benchwarmers and that was pretty good I guess...

Going to put some elbow grease in some homework now,
