Spring Break

This break is reminding me of just how much I can't wait for summer. I know that college is supposed to be the best four years of my life (so they say, but I'm not 100% on that). And also that freshman year is supposed to be amazing. But frankly, I'm just ready to stay home and do nothing but hang out with my friends for two months until sophomore year. Part of this is due to the fact that I think that sophomore year is going to be a lot more fun than freshman year. Mainly because I'm going to be living in a house instead of a tiny dorm room and my housemates and I will be able to have crazy parties in our basement whenever we want (and of course I'll be dj'ing them). Obviously there are noise ordinances and the like that we'll have to be careful not to mess around with but that shouldn't be too hard.

On an almost completely different note, I spent about three hours last night coming up with a time schedule for the next few weeks so that schoolwork doesn't destroy me. I realized that I have 2 papers due at the end of the year. One is 10 pages and the other is 20. If I don't start on them ASAP I will surely die. That is why I went ahead and broke up each paper into 8 parts that I have spread out over the next 7 weeks. By making these smaller deadlines, these papers are now broken down into much more manageable chunks that should be no problem to knock out if I stick with my schedule.

We'll see what happens.
